Q: What happens if a venue is not accredited?
A: You will receive a detailed report explaining why you have not received an Accreditation Certificate. You may however wish to attend the training to support your positioning within this sector
Q: What does the Accreditation Pack include?
A: Certificate of accreditation, a logo to use on proposals and sales, marketing and training materials
Q: Can a venue move from Amber to Green accreditation?
A: Yes, in certain circumstances. This will be outlined in the Accreditation Report, we will support you
Q: Is Accreditation for life?
A: No The initial accreditation is valid for 1 year. There is an annual renewal and spot checks where assessments can be altered or rescinded if venues become non compliant.
