Why was our solution created

As only general guidance is provided and organisations apply their own "interpretation" on a case by case basis, our solution provides a clear metric that can be applied across all venues.

Our solution provides clarity on the specific approval criteria used by Healthcare Organisations resulting in a venue being assessed as appropriate for a meeting.

Venues are independently assessed by our teams and afforded the following accreditation. This accreditation is designed to help and support the decision making process of those within Healthcare Organisations responsible for venue selection and approval.

Green accreditation is given to venues which in general meet the principle criteria set out in our metric.

Amber accreditation is granted to a largely appropriate venue with highlighted caveats which compliance signatories are advised to take into consideration.

Red venues will not be accredited as the venue and facilities are not deemed by us as appropriate for healthcare meetings based on our metric.
